Eco Nano Vacuum Forming Box – the affordable introduction to vacuum forming!
With the Eco Nano Vacuum Forming Box, you can produce small vacuum-formed parts easily and cost-effectively – ideal for model making, prototyping, mould making and creative projects.
The Eco Nano Vacuum Forming Box is supplied as a plywood kit. Thanks to the precisely manufactured components, the box can be assembled easily using a small amount of wood glue. One tube of wood glue is included.
The Eco Nano Vacuum Forming Box has been deliberately designed as a simple and affordable entry-level model for getting started with DIY vacuum forming.
The Nano, Professional and Colossos Vacuum Forming Boxes have a considerably more robust construction and, due to their greater stability, can achieve better vacuum-forming results, particularly in more demanding applications.
Two ways to heat the vacuum-forming material:
The vacuum-forming material can be heated either with a heat gun or in a suitable oven. Suitable extension rails for the material frame are already included for heating the material in an oven. The extension rails allow the material frame to be inserted into the oven like a baking tray.
In combination with a standard household vacuum cleaner, the vacuum forming box generates the vacuum required to draw the heated material cleanly over the prepared mould.
